19th WORLD CONGRESS - WORLD SOCIETY OF CARDIO-THORACIC SURGEONS
The 19th World Congress of the WSCTS (World Society of Cardio-Thoracic Surgeons) is aimed to present the latest scientific achievements and innovations regarding cardio-thoracic surgery. Specialists from all over the world are expected to attend, such as Cardiac-Thoracic Surgeons, Anesthesiologists, Cardiologists, Research Scientists, Biomedical and Clinical Engineers, Nurses, Government and Hospital Representatives, among others, in order to exchange information about the three main topics of the Congress: Adult Cardiac Surgery (heart transplantation, arrhythmia surgery, etc.), General Thoracic Surgery (lung cancer, lung transplantation, etc.) and Congenital Heart Disease (aortic stenosis, cardiac septal defects, etc.). Every activity in the 19th World Congress (conferences, workshops, poster sessions, video sessions and debates) will be carried out in English.
